Notice of integration and change of Vket Service Terms of use

Thank you for using Vket service.

As of December 13, 2022, we will integrate the terms of use regarding the Vket service that we provide to users into a single document. Accordingly, we have changed some of the general terms and individual terms of use, and newly added My Vket Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions for Vket Event Exhibition [For Individuals] as individual terms.

[Main changes]

1. In line with the integration of the Vket service-related terms and conditions, the existing "Vket Account Terms of Use" have been renamed to "Vket Service General Terms of Use" and added common terms for all services.
   The "Vket Service General Terms of Use" is positioned as the basic terms of use for all Vket services, including Vket account registration.

2. "Vket Cloud Communication Service Terms of Use" has been renamed to "Real-Time Communication Service Terms of Use". Duplicate clauses covered in "Vket Service General Terms of Use" have been removed. "Real-Time Communication Service Terms of Use" are, together with "Vket Service General Terms of Use," positioned as basic terms of the Vket Service, commonly applicable to all Vket services.
   
   These Basic Terms apply generally to all users of the Vket Service.

3. In addition to the Basic Terms, each individual service sets forth its own terms and conditions, stipulated by various terms such as terms of use and guidelines. These individual terms of use or various terms (hereinafter referred to as "individual terms, etc.") constitute part of the Vket Service Terms of Use, and the entirety of them constitutes the content of the Terms of Use between the Company and the User. Note that if the application of some part of the Vket Service General Terms is excluded by individual terms, etc., the individual terms, etc. will be applied.

4．The list of Individual Terms of Use is as follows:

1. With the start of the My Vket service, we have newly established the "My Vket Terms of Use" as a new individual Terms of Use. With the establishment of the "My Vket Terms of Use", the existing Avatar Maker (tentative) and Avatar Upload (tentative) terms will be abolished and merged into the My Vket Terms of Use.
2. The existing Terms and Conditions of Exhibition of Virtual Market, Comic Vket, Game Vket, and Music Vket have been incorporated into the new “Terms and Conditions for Vket Event Exhibition [For Individuals]”. All kinds of Vket events will be governed by these individual terms of use.
3. With the integration into Vket Service General Terms of Use, the general clauses of Vket Crew Service Terms of Use, Vket Store Website Terms of Use, and Vket Cloud Engine Terms of Use are now deemed redundant and deleted.
4. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Basic Terms and individual terms, etc., the provisions of the Individual Terms of Use shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
5. Unless otherwise stipulated, all rules spelled out in documents of the Service offered by the Company, such as usage guidelines, etc., also constitute a part of the terms of use, and the entirety of the terms of use shall comprise the agreements between the Company and Users.
