Notice of changes of Vket Service Terms of use

Thank you for using Vket services.

As of August 14, 2024, we have made the following changes to the Terms of Use regarding Vket services, which are provided by our company to the users.

Notable updates

• The following changes have been made to the “Partner Terms of Use”:
  1. Revision of Chapter 2: Work Regulation Appendix 1
     1. Free plan and Business plan users can take on production and development works from the Client
     2. Business Plus plan users require further discussion with our company before taking on production and development works
  2. Article 12, 1.(4) (Scope of Terms of Use)
     Added partner obligation to inform the Client of the plans and usage guidelines of the Vket Cloud license
  3. Article 13, Paragraph 3 (Remuneration)
     Explicitly clarified the belonging of the paid plan usage fee for the Vket Cloud license
  4. Deleted terms related to Partner Account and Partner Dashboard
  5. Revised overall phrasing
